Get ready for an unforgettable experience dedicated to art and fun! Our two hour excursions are perfect for those who enjoy wine but may not have painting experience. Discover hidden wells of creativity as a special guest instructor guides you through the exciting step by step process of creating your very own original western-themed artwork. Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon complete with art and delicious appetizers. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a beautiful piece of artwork that you’ve created – finished and is now ready for framing!
Join us for this month’s Art & Wine night at the Phippen Museum, featuring artist Alison Crary, who will be guiding you through an acrylic painting class. You’ll get to recreate a vibrant scene of a bee flying onto sunflowers in a sunlit field—perfect for a fun and relaxing evening!
Alison’s art is inspired by her love for nature, using light, color, and loose mark-making to convey the mood of a place rather than realism. With a background in Occupational Therapy, she recently made the leap to pursue art full-time, and her passion shines through in every piece.
