Based on the acclaimed book Hellraisers and Trailblazers by Bob Boze Bell and Jana Bommersbach, this live theatrical performance brings six remarkable women—like Annie Oakley and Calamity Jane—to life through powerful storytelling, period costumes, and captivating performances.
Set in a library where history comes alive, these fearless women “step off the pages” to share tales of grit, grace, and survival on the Western frontier. Directed by Jody Drake and performed by volunteers from the Prescott Western Heritage Foundation, this event is a moving tribute to the women who helped define the American West.
