Nancy Dunlop Cawdrey

Nancy Dunlop Cawdrey began her painting career 35 years ago. Years later, while in Hawaii on a family trip, Nancy was struck by the color and vibrancy of the dye on silk to express the "Sky's The Limit" approach to her current work.

In 2008-2009 a museum tour "American Silk Road" of Nancy's work will travel around Montana. A book entitled Sky's The Limit: The Art of Nancy Dunlop Cawdrey captures the extensive scope of her work. She has been selected by Glacier National Park to paint the commemorative piece for the 75th anniversary of the Going to the Sun Road.

Represented by Galleries in Jackson, Cody, Carmel, Tubac, and Bigfork, Nancy's work has been included in invitational art shows across the West. They include the C.M. Russell Auction in Great Falls, Cowgirl Up in Wickenburg, Legacy Gallery's Annual Holiday Small Work Show, The Buffalo Bill Art Show and Sale in Cody, and The Heart of The West Show in Fort Worth.
