Phil was a successful illustrator in Chicago before he moved to Arizona in 1980. He is a colorist with a painterly style that specializes in figurative work. Phil has won numerous awards and his work is in private and corporate collections worldwide. He has been featured in several art publications and has been an instructor at the Scottsdale Artist School for over fifteen years. Phil's studio is in Scottsdale.
