Carson Thomas is a renowned custom saddle maker and speaker. He has toured the United States and Europe giving saddle-making demonstrations and promoting the western heritage he loves. Carson has custom built saddles for everyone from working cowboys to the late President Ronald Reagan. His saddles can be found in all 50 states and thirty-six foreign countries. Twenty years ago, he began creating half-scale saddles as works of art and has sold them in many art galleries. Today, Carson’s scale saddles are as highly sought after by collectors as his functional ones.
Call the Phippen Museum at (928) 778-1385 for more information or volunteer opportunities.
